With the NBA Pre-Season a few days in, i'm surprised this thread hasn't been created. Plus we are only about 3 weeks away from the first regular season games.

Looking forward to the season.
How good do people see Houston being this year?
Denver fall off quite a bit?

I don't get what Houston is doing. Harden is more ISO and P&R... Dwight/Asik clog the middle. No way that offense is efficient as it was. They'll be better but I don't see them competing for real with this roster.
Denver, yes. Maybe once healthy and if Shaw can make them play D... they could be solid.

Pierce and KG look strange wearing the Brooklyn jerseys.

Pierce and KG look strange wearing the Brooklyn jerseys. I'll despise them no matter what jersey they wear Knicks going with a different lineup for our first pre-season game today, Felton-Prigioni-Anthony-Bargnani-Chandler . But Woody also says that Shumpert will play more minutes than any guard tonight.

Dont tell Corey that. He has a man-crush on Rondo the way I do for Rubio.

Looking forward to the season. How good do people see Houston being this year? Denver fall off quite a bit? So CSKA comes into Minnesota and beats your team? Another chapter in Cold War haha Im rooting for HSW and Indiana this season. And eagerly waiting to see the Hornets and Pistons disaster lineup on the court.

Why are we talking about low brow players like Rondo and Rubio when we are witnessing greatness in GLEN RICE JR?

Why are we talking about low brow players like Rondo and Rubio when we are witnessing greatness in GLEN RICE JR? That was an awesome play, I didn't understand why they took so long in reviewing it. It was clear as day, that it was good. I guess they had to figure how much time to put back on the clock.

How do you feel about Steve Nash? I think Rubio and Rondo are the same type of player. They will make their teams better, but obviously they wont be able to do it on their own.
Im with London, I have a man-crush on Rubio too. One of the most entertaining players in the NBA.

They both lack one of the things that made Nash elite, his shooting ability. If either develop a consistent jumpshot, then maybe they'd move up the ranks. Don't get me wrong, they're both better defensive players than Nash, but not even half the offensive player.
I'm a fan of Rubio too, I really REALLY wanted him on the Knicks. It killed me when him and Curry were picked at 5 & 7 respectively and the Knicks were 8.

Camby will always have a place in Knicks history from the 99 team but it's time to retire

Also on another note, everyone has looked pretty good for the Knicks. I was down on the Tim Hardaway pick but he has looked impressive. Shumpert's offensive game looks like it did in the playoffs, much improved. I've also got to say, that for what we gave up, I am loving the acquisition of Bargs. One game sample size against a bad boston team, but i'm pleasantly surprised by a few things.
