I wonder if it'll take some elements from that animated movie, Batman Year One. The clean cop Gordon dealing with the corrupt law enforcement of Gotham.

100% all in on the MJF show after the premieres last night. Don't care if it is an unnatural love of MJF but I found it quite entertaining, and to be fair very little of TV keeps me interested other the Monday Night Daniel Bryan

I did watch the premiere episode of The Crazy Ones this morning before work on demand...which was absolutely dreadful. Worst first episode to a show I've seen in a long time. I knew it would be bad, but I wanted to watch it for the train wreck effect...but even with Robin Williams name attached I can't see it lasting more than 7-10 episodes, especially when it is in a stacked Thursday night time slot.

Michael J Fox show was funny and well produced. Looking forward to future episodes.
Let down of the night was that Parks and Rec SUCKED. It was one of the worst written episodes of any show that'd I'd consider watching. Just terrible.

I'm glad you mentioned the Crazy Ones, I had slightly wanted to see it but was afraid that Robin doesn't translate to network TV anymore along with a forgettable cast. Saves me the time of watching it

But now I've invested like 8 or 9 years in the show, so what am I gonna do? Quit??? I don't think so.

Suits, Breaking Bad, and Game of Thrones are my main shows and I'm behind on the first two.... Fucking school...
I am also excited for the revamping of 24. And then did anyone ever watch Political Animals on USA? Absolutely loved that show, unfortunately it was only a mini series.

Season 2 premiere my gf at the time got me hooked, and unfortunately I've watched every episode since. It's like ER for my generation.. I was a little young to ever get into ER in it's early stages. But yeah... 9 years in, I have to watch Grey's till the end. Even if they keep managing to kill my favorite people. (come on, Sloan, George, Lexie and now Brooks?) This is Sandra Oh's last season and she's my favorite character easily... that might be enough for me to finally get over it. #embarassing

Ok, we are two episodes in on many of the new shows...honest question? Does anyone think any of them are worth watching? The Blacklist is serviceable for James Spader alone, but I've already punted Sleepy Hollow, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Crazy Ones and everything else I tried that was new...this has been a wretched year for new shows. My wife made me watch a half hour of We Are Men...wanted to put my foot through the TV.

I didn't think much of the 2nd SHIELD episode. I haven't seen the rest yet.
Heard this was a pretty bad year for new shows anyway..
I'm more excited for The Birthday Boys on IFC.

It was aight but a lot like the first. That's my fear...after one episode it seemed like it was going to be formulaic.

Did anyone else watch The Following?

I've only saw last season's finale of The Following because my dad was raving about the show. Seemed pretty interesting from what I can remember.
What's the title on the 2nd Shield episode? Is it definitely 0-8-4, because my DVR has that listed as episode 3 for some reason. Probably was just some type of typo or something.

Really enjoyed the second episode of MJF show. How on earth are the ratings so good for the Crazy ones? I watched around 5-7 minutes of the second episode and couldn't take it, it seemed awful. Nothing entertaining at all and quickly moved on to other shows.

0-8-4 was the 2nd episode. I finally got around to watching this last night...I actually think I liked it more than the first episode.
