I am 'pissed' because the way things are done around here have shown favoritism at times for example- two committee members make a trade for a 17 ppg starting player and the only thing given in return is a 2nd (even though he was given a better offer AND he admitted to dealing him for nothing to tank) and I do believe one of the first trades in Global involved CSP trading Max Zaslofsky (who is a star) for mere expirings and it was an 8 for 1 trade (no 2nds)... You cant trade past the roster minimum but that was pushed through as well. DERKA DERKA DERKA DERK Its like talking to a wall. |

First, this isn't Global (hence what threw me off when you said it), that was the prior league...this is ABCA Legends. Second, Big Z was traded for eight guys, none of who were expiring as far as I can tell (I had to look bad to last year, so it was kind of iffy, but they were creation draft picks, which seems unlikely to be 1 year contract guys), at least a couple who were and still are pretty solidly talented. You CAN in fact trade past the roster MAXIMUM of 15 players, you just need to cut accordingly before the sim. The trade you are referring to happened in the preseason, which actually allows you to have 20 players on your roster at one time, so the number of guys involved shouldn't have been an issue at all. Would you care to try again? |

I would have dealt forrest to a number of teams whos picks I dont have and could have helped keep those picks out of the playoffs. Had u offered moscow he could have been yours

If he had dealt him to anyone else for only a 2nd rounder, it'd be declined If you are going to say something, have the convictions to stick to it. Just like I've said (if you actual read anything) since the beginning, there are issues in the trade system...until someone proposes something, they are what they are and people will use them. What I don't agree with is your "ZOMG TWO COMMITTEE PEOPLE ARE TRADING, SOMEHOW THE LEAGUE IS GETTING SCREWED" mentality. Again, learn to define and separate the issues. |

Again, it was preseason before a single game was played...London just needed to pick up some guys to meet the minimum, though the game seemingly will let you play with less than 12 guys (Sydney only had 11 at one point and it said things were A-OK), so I'm honestly not sure what the game rules are when it comes to minimum fielding of rosters, only maximums. But again, be done...I thought you were an hour or more ago, but you keep coming back with the same non-sense. I deleted one post because I thought I was actually, you know, being ruder than usual...I refined the position to something more appropriate and went about my business. You didn't like it, so I returned you posts in kind. As for twisting stuff around, you are my new hero, as you've managed to get nearly two whole pages of posts together without so much as putting a coherent argument together. You cry foul but won't say why or how...all you want to do is come at me over and over, claiming I don't know what I'm talking about and I'm an ass (both which are valid arguments most of the time), but YOU REFUSE TO GO BACK TO YOUR INITIAL ARGUMENT. If I say the sky is green and you disagree, my saying you twist facts and are an ass doesn't, in fact, make the sky green. That is why this argument has been 40 posts between you and me...its essentially name calling. If you actually made an argument, other people would get involved for or against it...but you don't have an argument, so you continue your personal assault.
