I don't understand why we moved away from a round a day? Even if it's all offline, people can send in their lists and people who don't can have their picks simmed. John can just announce the time of each round or even 2 or event 3 later on ahead of time. It keep things timely while catering to the people who still want to have some control over their team. edit: Also if you want to do it live, we can actually enforce time limits now. 30 seconds-1 minute depending on the round. It was too time consuming for me. No time this weekend. We had me and the guy tracking it in our last Live Draft. Just a waste of time.

Then do it in batches. We've basically gone the two extremes - first live sims every day, so a round a day. Now we've gone to entirely offline with 3 hour time windows. That's potentially up to 4 days for a round. It can be entirely offline from this point on so you can sit down whenever you want to process it. So like you do 2-3 round at 8 PM or something and then post the results. Then people have time to give you their lists or even just specific guidances like the player with the best handles. Simming more than half of a team in one go (the situation most of the league is in) without much control over it is kind of drastic IMO.

I'll switch my vote to yes after my 8th round pick #3.

If we started with real life rosters you have guys you'd look to move. If you get auto picked someone who doesn't help then trade him. You're going to have some adversity in this league.

I would accept lists at least through round 8, or possibly round 10. so it's not completely random.
The possibility of getting bad contracts also concerns me.

There are no bad contracts. Wtf.
It's based off where they're picked.

Do you have any idea how time consuming either live simming or offline simming with lists is for John? You are asking him to do over an hour (minimum) worth of work every round for exceedingly diminishing results in both player talent and league interest. We are at a 70/30 split in favor of simming right now...tomorrow is the day.

Switched my vote to yes even though I have no backup bigs. Just would like to get this started
Though I may switch back to no if we get all the way to the end of of this next round since I'd be picking #2 the following round (not that it will even get to that point).

Still isn't at the 75-80% clip yet we are sim'n at some point today. We are at 73.08% with a couple people saying they can't switch their vote...plus, if you through in the vacant team that is ALREADY being auto picked as a Yes, we are right at 75%.

That is another reason NOT to sim it. We are entering the beginning of a league without a GM for a team.

Seriously? There are like 10-12 people on the waiting list.
Why don't you let me worry about the big time decisions here.
You worry about running Brasil.

Here John, I fixed that for you... Lol. That's some funny shit. I think people need to settle down here, your 8th round pick might get you a guy with a B somewhere on his stat line, get over it. It's time to get this baby rolling because there is a lot more to worry about then 2 mediocre at best bench players.

At least finish the round we are in for people who have said no.
And... you never answered these (asked for them in Skype so here):
1) No clue how to post a depth chart or upload one if that is an option like discussed. 2) What are rules on firing coach and hiring coach? When can it be done? If I am 1-16, can I fire my coach and hire your asst? 3) Team Budget. Do we plan on evening out the GM Salaries or do I need to "fire" myself then hire myself to a minimum contract? 4) How do we set who trains what coach and player wise? Post and tell you or again is it something "uploadable" by each GM?

I think you are getting ahead of yourself Brazil. We are still drafting, I'm sure we have no clue how exactly all that works and won't until drafting is done.
