Strengths: Smooth offensive player who will flash the occasional post up put does most of his damage from the perimeter where he is a .385 shooter from downtown.  Has scored in double figures 4 straight years including a high of 18.  Decent strength for a SG but not a big leaper.  Only an average rebounder.  Does not turn the ball over but is not much of a passer.

Weaknesses: Not a great defensive player.  Affalo plays solid position defensive on the perimeter but struggles against bigger players and isn't quick enough to stay in front of the faster guards.  He generates almost no steals or blocks so he won't force turnovers. Despite being a good FT shooter (.819) he doesn't get to the line often (2.5 attempts)
