Strengths: Length allows him to play the 1-3 spots on the floor where he is a tenacious defender who gets steals (!.5 a game in europe) assists (4.1 per game) and blocks 0.9 per game).   Can do a bit of everything but projects as a floor general with 3 and D capabilities.  Uses deceptive first step to get into the lane and dish and runs a team without turning it over.  

Weaknesses: Never played in NBA so this is a projection.  May struggle with elite level quickness on the defensive end but his decent size and strength should help.  Only an average rebounder for his size as a guard.
