Bulls cut PJ Brown after the last file update, therefore he won't be available to sign for FA3, therefore he's first come first serve? If so, I would like to sign him and cut Seikaly. Thanks.

Sorry doesn't work this way yet. If he makes it through FA 3 you can put a claim on him afterward (and then it's first come, first serve). Or, you know, you could send in a FA bid for him. NOT DONE. |
