STRENGTHS:
The 3rd overall pick in the 07 draft, Al Horford has grown to become a very solid center in the league. In an era starved for dominant big men, Al is not a superstar but a very good center nonetheless. A good scorer, Horford has averaged 14 PPG in his career with a season high 18.6 in 13-14. Good rebounder on both the offensive and defensive glass, Horford has averaged 9.2 RPG for his career with a career high 10.2 in 12-13. A good passer and protector of the rock, Horford has had only 1.6 turnovers per game over his his career. A good FT shooter for a big man at 74% for his career. Horford's offense has grown steadily since he entered the league mainly due to the development of a reliable jumpshot to his repertoire.
