STRENGTHS:
This kid really knows how to fly. High level athleticism and incredible quickness lead to a ton of poster-quality dunks. Good foul shooter already, and shows good form on his jumper, as well as the body to take the ball to the glass. Can do work on the offensive glass as well. Has the tools to be a solid defender, with some plus steal ability. He can flat out get off the floor and will be very, very dangerous in transition.
WEAKNESSES:
Very, very raw right now. Needs to refine his shot selection as well as who he thinks he can drive on. Rebounding is never going to be great despite the leaping ability and quickness. He's also a black hole on offense...if the ball goes into him, it isn't coming out. Selfish player, but is improving slightly. Needs to realize he's part of a team, and he may or may not be the best player on it at any time.
SIGNIFICANT INFO: Carter once played in the band at Mainland HS, and even performed with the band during halftime of basketball games. He is the only known player to ever dunk a basketball while carrying a tuba.
