Pros: Starks is a highly athletic spark plug. He has great shooting skills and will be expected to develop into one of the better long ball players in the league. He is an above average passer for the shooting guard position, and has the raw ability to be a lock down defender in the future. He's going to have to rely on his great leaping and speed to make a name, but I think he'll carve out a niche in the league.
Cons: Starks isn't really the finisher that he was in the NBA, but many are hoping his JMP will make up for that and that he can develop some around the basket finishing ability. An average ball handler, but one of the things that makes me look lesser on him is his lack of focus on defense and I think his pickpocketing struggles because of this.
Overall: I don't have huge hopes here, he'll be a solid bench piece and maybe a 6th man on a quality team. Expecting anything more then that is nonsense without a ton of luck on his side. Fingers crossed.
Projection: 29-32
