Name: Rod Strickland Position: PG Height: 6'4" Weight: 180 Age: 21 abcalegends.com/players/player228.htmPros: Rod's biggest asset has to be his athleticism. For a point guard; he can play big minutes, is really quick and has a big vertical leap. Strickland has a lot of potential for ballhandling and passing. Rod has offensive upside and should be able to score regularly inside. Cons: Strickland is very raw and will have to play limited minutes next year. Besides his passing, I question how much potential he has to be a quality defender or offensive player. He won't put up points given his ability to only score inside. Considering his defensive potential, I'd think he may not become a starter. Overall: Strickland at this point is all potential. He at best could be a pure point guard. Its very unlikely he'll develop into a starter. Projected Pick: 15-30

Name: Rod Strickland Position: PG Height: 6'4 Weight: 180 Age: 21
Pros: Rod comes into the draft with fantastic size. 6'4 and a super athlete is going to make Strickland a potential PG powerhouse in the future. He comes in with very good ball handling, and equally good passing ability. His court vision is second to none when it comes to the PGs not named Payton. A solid perimeter defender that always has defenses worried about him using his speed to cause a 1 man fast break. The big advantage that Rod offers with his speed and jumping is that he is a great finisher around the rim.
Cons: The biggest knock on Strickland is his laziness when he isn't a focal point on the court. Personally I worry about his scouting to be near complete since he was one of the final rookies added, but he still offers a pretty solid potential career. Rod does also have alot of room to go to get to his potential so there is always the worry about that.
Overall: Personally I have him either 3-4 on my list of PGs in this draft. He has great athletics and those along with his nice looking potentials will make him a top 20 pick but where does he end up in the league after a few years? Your guess is as good as mine.
Projection: 16-21
