Pros: Bol will come into the league as the tallest player. His defensive game is superb, he can block and defend. Manute is below average rebounder for a center, but should make up for it with height. For a 7'7" center he can play big minutes and move quite well for his frame.
Cons: Manute has no offensive upside in anyway. He can't shoot, hit jumpers, or free throws. Bol's rebound is below average for a center and really hurts his effectiveness. Manute can't handle the ball and is going to turnover the ball. His strength is below average and will have a hard time using his frame to his full effectiveness.
Overall: Manute is a novelty player as he can only block and defend. Putting him as a starter is very risky with his weaknesses. On another level he could be a steal for a team that needs a starter. He should be a role player with limited minutes.
