Pros: 3D as known to many by is a great outside shooter. He spends many hours working on his 3pt shot and mid range game and that is how he'll make his money in the league. Scott has a good advantage with his size, he's going to be able to get his shot up over most defenders thanks for the height advantage he'll have to most guys. Scott isn't super speedy but he does offer his team pretty good speed with his size.
Cons: Scott is another guy that wasn't able to turn his size into an asset in the post. He won't be able to back guys down and use his height for the easy buckets. Scott also won't be known for his rebounding either, he really is a shooter and that's about it. He also isn't known for his ability to strip his assignment so he does have his flaws but outside shooting should not be overlooked.
Overall: Scott will be a mid-late 1st round selection mainly due to his blue potential. I doubt he ever gets past being a 6th man if he's lucky but he will offer some matchup issues and would be a nice piece to have on the bench for certain matchups come playoff time.
