Pros: First you have to begin with his fantastic rapping ability. Other then that he will be a franchise changing bigman. He is dominant around the basket and he is a crazy good glass cleaner. This is one of the guys that teams have been waiting for to come into the league and he's got all kinds of freaky athletics to get the job done. He has the potential to be a great assist man out of the post position as well.
Cons: Well for starters his free throws. I think this is going to be a huge detriment to his career here. Many of the best players get to the league anywhere from 8-12 times a game and Shaq is going to leave alot of points on the court. His hands currently aren't great but should get respectable though.
Overall: I love Shaq and will blindly follow him into either superstardom or average bigman thanks to his limits at the line and personally I am afraid of his starting weight as a rookie. I think you'll see him hit Wilt status much sooner then any GM will like unless his conditioning is handled properly.
