Name: Clark Kellogg Position: SF/PF Number: 33 DOB: July 2, 1961 Drafted: 1st round 8th pick Age when drafted: 21 College: The Ohio State University Hometown: Cleveland, Ohio Height: 6'7" Weight: 225 lbs
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
STRENGTHS: Averaged as a pro 18.9 points per game and 9.5 rebounds per game. 49 % career FG percentage. 75% from the lineup. Banger in the post that could just control the glass even though undersized. Great shot out to mid range. Solid defender who could get some steals. Solid passer.
WEAKNESSES: Chronic knee problems detroyed his career after 3 full seasons and 2 partial seasons. Undersized for a PF and lacking range for a SF. Even though he was a good passer he turned the ball over at a high rate. Not much of a shot blocker at all.
SIGNIFICANT INFO: 1983 Rookie First Team, He was much heralded as the next breakout NBA superstar. Converse signed him to an endorsement deal, to release his own Converse "Special K" sneaker. One of few rookies to average 20 points and 10 rebounds. Scored 51 of 69 points in a H.S. state finals game with 24 rebounds. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
