BIOS
Name: Mark Price Position:PG Number: 25 DOB: 2/15/1964 Age when drafted: 22 College: Georgia Tech Hometown: Enid, Oklahoma Height: 6'0" Weight: 170
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
STRENGTHS: Elite shooter with range out to 25 Feet (career .472/.401/.902 shooter). Good hands, career 2.5 ass/to ratio and is maybe the best player in the draft in terms of passing (will be a good playmaker in the league), he always seems to find the open man. Quick hands lead to over a steal a game (1.2). Gives great effort and is a smart player.
WEAKNESSES: Small frame and an average athlete with no lift, which limits his ability to finish at the rim (has a nice floater though). Will have trouble defending in the NBA and have to rely on smarts and court vision to succeed. Poor rebounder (career 2.6rpg). Had major injuries during his career which probably have kept him out of the Hall of Fame.
SIGNIFICANT INFO: Price became the second player, after Larry Bird, to join the NBA's 50-40-90 Club (FG%/3P%/FT%), #96 All Time on Basketball Reference's Top Players List, 4 Time NBA All Star, 2 Time Three Point Shootout Champion, 1 All NBA First Team (3 Time 3rd Team), 2nd All Time in FT% (.904), Largely credited with being the first player to split the double team on pick and rolls. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maybe the best player in the draft at passing in a draft that includes john stockton? I dontthink so Price was really good at that phase of the game, not saying he is better than Stockton (he isn't) but he is vastly underated at that part of the game and was playing on a team with Harper and Big Brad where the ball was shared more than in Utah
