Pros: If there is one way to describe Dragan is a shooter. The Serbian has a good jumpshot, can drain shots from the free throw line, and can shoot from beyond the arc. Kicanovic has starter level athleticism, he is even quicker than some guys already in the league. Dragan has the stamina to play a large role on whichever team drafts him.
Cons: Despite Dragan's offensive skill, he looks completely lost trying to score inside and is no threat. Kicanovic doesn't have much versatility, he can't rebound well enough to play forward and he doesn't have the hands to play point guard. Kicanovic has below average ability to create turnovers for a guard and will be a liability for most teams. I think another thing that will drive teams away is he is 23, which will cause him to drop.
Overall: Looking at Dragan, at best he looks like he will end up being a role player. He has great shooting, but he doesn't have enough qualities to interest most teams. He is also a player that could bust really badly if his 3 pointer doesn't live up to expectations. I'd project his defence is not going to get better. Dragan will slip, but should stay in the first round.
