I agree.

I don't play Roedel or Timo, so I don't mind losing them.
This is really about Howell for Bianci.  I'm well aware that in 2-3 seasons Howell may be putting up 25ppg while Bianci is plateauing - but I need a PG who doesn't turn the ball over more than he assists, and Al is one of the best in the league right now.

Berlin gets a great player, and I'm sure I'll regret this at some point, but for now, if it helps me wins some games immeadiatly, I'm ok with that.

Berlin accepts. We get a young franchise piece at the scarcest position by far, along with two serviceable bench players who could see time in the rotation. Depth is the name of the game, and we have it now (even if we don't have the stars of other teams). Bianci is one of the best PG in the league, but PG seem to be an afterthought in this version of the game...
