STRENGTHS: James Donaldson was a 14-year NBA veteran who would end up being one of the most efficient scorers in NBA history. In 1984-85 he led the league in shooting percentage at 63.7% (still one of the top 10 seasons of all time) and ended his career at 57.1%, which is #8 all-time. In career true shooting percentage, he is even better, as he ranks #3 all-time. Donaldson ended his career with 8,203 points, 7,492 rebounds and 1,267 blocks.
WEAKNESSES: Donaldson wasn't much of a 3 point shooter...having never attempted one. Ever. In 14 seasons, he also only played more than 32 minutes a game twice, seriously calling his stamina and conditioning into question.
