Name: Clyde Austin Drexler Position: SG Number: 22 DOB: 6/22/62 College: University of Houston Hometown: New Orleans, LA Height: 6'7" Weight: 210 lbs
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
STRENGTHS: Clyde "the Glide" Drexler is one of the most versatile guards in NBA history, being one of the career leaders in points, assists, rebounds and steals at the position. For his career, he averaged 20.4 ppg, 6.1 rpg and 5.6 apg. He is the career leader at offensive rebounds for a guard and is #3 in blocks, showing that his game was one of the most well-rounded the position ever saw. He was one of the best pure dunkers of his time, and retired as one of only three players with 20k points, 6k rebounds and 3k assists (with Oscar Robertson and John Havlicek).
WEAKNESSES: Drexler didn't start out as the greatest jump shooter in college, though he developed his shot in time. That part of his game should likely be more potential than skill coming out. He also was a disasterous college coach...though that probably shouldn't affect him in the game until he retires.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Drexler was a 10 time All-Star, is a Hall of Famer, was a member of the Dream Team and was named one of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History.
