Larry BirdSF | 6'9 | 220lbs | 22 Years Oldabcalegends.com/players/player76.htmPros: Scouts are raving about Larry Bird's shooting ability for someone of his size, he has a great stroke and many are predicting him to become one of the best shooters the league has seen. Another thing that makes Bird unique for his size is his passing ability, not only a good scorer but Bird's passing is another aspect of his game that has scouts and fans alike excited to see him entering the league. Bird also projects to be a very good defensive rebounder in the ABCA. Cons: There arent that many weaknesses in Larry Bird's game but one knock on him is that he isnt a great athlete. He doesnt have great quickness which could cause him a few problems against some of the quicker and more agile small forwards already in the ABCA. Although effective on the defensive glass Bird doesnt get many rebounds on the offensive end, he is a good defender but could use some improvement there. Overall: Larry Bird is a player that you could build your team around, a true franchise player. A unique player that any team would love to have. Has an all-round game lead by great shooting ability. If you have the #1 pick you are going to select Larry Bird. Projection: #1

Larry Bird SF 6'9 220lbs 22yrs Old
Pros: Larry Bird is one of the best looking rookies to come through the draft ever. He looks to become one of the elite scorers in the league not to far into the future. Larry has fantastic size and will be a pain in the ass for defenders to cover at the SF position. Larry has above average passing ability and will be a threat to have a triple double on any night with a great knack for grabbing defensive rebounds.
Cons: There really aren't many things not to love about Larrys game. I guess maybe that his athletics will limit him to only playing SF, and that he won't be an elite defender on the perimeter so he could run into issues against faster offensive weapons like Elgin Baylor and those types.
Overall: Larry was a slam dunk for top pick. He'll develop into a wonderful star, and a trip or two to visit Alvin Robertsons defensive clinic could make him the most dominant SF since Elgin. He'll be a many time All Star and Tel Aviv hopes a player that will turn their team around
