I think this is a fairly even deal after you factor in age and salary.
Though Cousy and Riminucci are a pretty good backcourt pairing.

You can have John double check, but 99.9% sure this doesn't work financially anyway. I think the only way to check is after the season. I know BA is taking back more salary than capspace, but I think there's an allowance possibly Who knows.

There is an allowance if you are over cap..."If a team is over the salary cap, then the salaries they are receiving must be no more than 125% of the salaries they are trading away plus 1/55th of the current salary cap." If you are under the cap though, there is additional allowance to go over on top of that...and since you are trading BA about 450% of the salaries, that goes a bit over the 125%.
