Pros: Walker biggest strength has to be his defensive mindset, he makes it difficult for opponents to score and can steal the ball. Jimmy has the stamina to play as a starter or play could be a good sixth man. He has great speed and could disrupt matchups.
Cons: Walker is a one-trick pony, he can't do anything besides defend. Jim doesn't have any offensive skill and is a very poor shooter, he can hit freethrows but not much else. Walker can't handle the ball either, but considering his skillset he isn't going to be given the ball anyways. He can't play any other position outside of shooting guard. Walker also, is very old at 23 for a rookie, which will hurt his draft stock.
Overall: Given his lack of skill, Walker will probably slide quite a bit. He could be a great steal late in the draft given his defensive ability and the fact that the position doesn't have a lot of great defenders. Walker won't be a starter, but could be useful as a role player or sixth man.
