Pros: This guy has loads of potential across the board. Belov has offensive upside, he has the ability to post up and get the basket. His quickness and jump should catch opponents off guard. Alek has superior ballhandling for a forward and won't turn the ball over. Belov has good defence and won't be a liability on the defensive end. He can clean the glass and his vertical should help him make up for his skill level.
Cons: Belov is all potential and could end up being a bust. He can't play much right away and could be a huge liability as a starter. He needs to improve his strength because he'll have a hard time much up against some of the elite fowards. His height could be an issue considering the average size at the position.
Overall: Belov is a great project for a rebuilding team, he has a ton of potential and is very young. The most interesting part of Belov is his athletic ability, he has above average quickness and jumping, if he gets stronger he could outmatch forwards with his athletic skill. Belov has all the signs of being a solid starting power forward, it might just take some time.
