Tejada got popped for 105 games today.
Tough break for the Royals who were surging recently.
EDIT: He says he used Adderall for his ADHD.

I'm not seeing exactly what's wrong. You get a HIGHER QUALITY game with this form of 'cheating' (laughable) and more dingers, better hitters, etc.
What is people's obsession with wanting to ban guys simply because they use steroids? What's a compelling case against NOT making steroids legal? So that eras from 50+ years back can be compared to modern players? Guess what, they can't because guys now lift weights, eat healthier, etc. So what good does banning steroids do?

It takes away from the guys that are working hard every day and doing it all-natural.

Thats a stupid thing to say.
Steroids are illegal because they do harm to your body.
That's a federal thing not a baseball thing. Either way, their against the rules, so there are punishments.

They do things to you if you get big but don't exercise your heart with cardio.
They do things if you do not do PCT (post cycle therapy).
They do things if you have a bad hormone profile (high estrogen, low testosterone, etc)
They do NOT do bad things if you are a perfectly healthy male who has no heart issues, a good hormone profile, and PCTs properly.
"They shrink your balls" - yes, for the 6 weeks you are on tren or whatever steroid you're using...then they grow back if you PCT
"You get back ance" - some people have back acne regardless and it has to do with how oily your skin is, not with what drugs you're taking
Other than that, what issues arise COMMONLY that people complain about?
*shrugs*
Marijuana is illegal, too. Doesn't mean that's a good thing. There's a child who suffers 100+ seizures a week who practically had them go away upon starting mary-jane.
The federal government doesn't know jack-shit about jack-shit. It's a bunch of dweebs looking at biased reports and using them to funnel the rules / laws that Big Pharma wants.

I didn't say any of those things.
They are illegal federally and in baseball (and every other sport). You get caught doing it your going to be punished.
Also, comparing steroids to marijuana doesn't aid your case, you're just comparing two currently illegal drugs. I can do the same thing with steroids and meth.
It's an unfair and illegal advantage is pro sports currently and thusly he and everyone else associated with it should be suspended.

Isn't it massively unfair to players who have lesser genetic gifts to compete against guys like LeBron, Durant, RG3, and Ronaldo/Ronaldinho? I remember reading an article which was very interesting that talked about testing every athlete in a sport and then giving lesser genetic profiles the right to amp up their hormones till they matched the most gifted. How fair was it for Nash to compete against LeBron/Kobe/Duncan for MVP awards? He's short-limbed, relatively unathletic in the eye-test format, and of average height and weight (relatively speaking - a couple inches taller than the average male in US).

In a long line of stupid things that you have said, this might be the stupidest. Some players are more athletically gifted than others. That is a fact of life. That means that other players will have to work harder (within the confines of the game AND the law) to keep up. But you don't handicap someone because they are more naturally gifted than someone else. I'm so sick and tired of you promoting your pro-steroids agenda when no one in their right mind agrees with you. Guess what, you work out and do drugs. Congrats. No one here gives a shit about either. Unless your argument is more complex than "athletes should be able to break the law because they weren't born as genetically gifted as Lebron", why don't you keep your non-sense to yourself. Ignorant non-sense...it's like saying some athletes are smarter than others, so we should be able to club them in the back of the head with blackjacks until their IQs drop a few points. In what world do you come up with this shit?

In what world do you come up with this shit? Why you mad thou? First off, don't bring me up in this discussion. You don't know me and your obsession with me is bordering on insane. You creep up on all my posts and have an obsession with taking out your frustrations (whether sexual, financial, whatever) on me. Guess what, we're allowed to have varying opinions on all topics and yet you've made the last couple OT posts I've had some sort of public feud. I'm not saying handicap the ones who are more gifted. I'm saying don't handicap/punish the ones who are trying to make up for the advantage. It was me playing devil's advocate based on something I have read. Yet you, once again, find it within reason to come into a topic and publically lambast me for my opinion. Why don't you just block me instead of being like a teenage girl going on a rant hoping for Facebook likes (in this case, Proboards likes). Oh, and go outside and get some Vitamin D. Sitting around waiting for me to post can NOT be healthy for you.

Sitting around waiting for me to post can NOT be healthy for you. Witty. I responded to something you said 12 hours ago...clearly I'm stalking you. Lets clear a few things up real quick though. It is abundantly clear you come on here to provoke a response every once in a while with idiotic comments. So when you say something asinine, you shouldn't be shocked if people put the boots to you. If people didn't, I'd think there was something wrong with everyone else. Don't then try to deflect it on the rest of us like we have it out for you, when you come back and say "Oh, I was just playing devil's advocate" or "oh, I just wanted to troll". You know who does that? Teenage girls on Facebook looking for a like. You either mean what you say (in which case we all think you are a weirdo with some stupid beliefs) or you are an attention seeking whore who just shouts out whatever you think will get a reaction...again like that teenage girl on Facebook you were referencing. In either case, I don't particularly care which you are...I just think your opinion is stupid. You are obviously entitled to it...but I'm equally entitled to call it stupid. Deal with it.
