So, who's into it? What's your routine, diet, etc? Currently on a massive cut (went on that foreverrrrrr bulk...) while using a mass building workout regimen (go figure lol). Seeing great results to the point from where in two weeks I put on ~8 lbs while actually cutting down fat massively. Dat der body recomp...some pretty freaky veins popping from forearms, shoulders, veins...and c***. For your time:

Something tells me KK was quite drunk last night. Probably flashing his phone again... who knows what else. I 100% disagree...I've heard KK talk workout before on Skype and about how he used PEDs...it is the fact that he took the time to create a whole board thread about it that shocks the hell out of me.

You'd run a cycle as in roids? Come on man, you know that stuffs horrible for you + if you're not a pro athlete or hopeful what's the point? I was 17 when I did them. Also, they are NOT bad for you. The media wants you to believe that they are, but they're actually wonderful. Running trenbolone + clenbuterol can make even the fattest of slobs a semi-GOD. It was merely to try them out and they were very cheap where I was vacationing. The upside? Put on lean muscle and lost a shit ton of weight to the point where I didn't have to flex to see the abs be visible. The downside? A little bit of back acne, which is NOTHING. No "rage" issues (they don't exist; but that's what the media wants you to believe), no health side effects physically (except ED) and no mental issues. In other words, the same side effects as eating gluten+dairy (acne) with some benefits (increase BMR, super fast fat-loss, etc.) If you want to watch an interesting documentary on the truth behind steroids, I suggest watching "Bigger, Faster, Stronger". www.imdb.com/title/tt1151309/What's the point? Well, when you go to a beach all eyes are on you. Medium shirts look like they're about to explode off your body. Everyone is intimidated and/or greatly respects you. A whole lot of benefits.

Is this like the stoner that says pot isn't bad for you? Things are illegal for reasons still right?

Mark Rippetoe is my favorite strength coach! I think he's everyone's and most people would be well off to do his famous 5x5 regimen. He also has a funny list of quotes on this website which are beyond hilarious. I'll see if I can find it tonight.

Is this like the stoner that says pot isn't bad for you? Things are illegal for reasons still right? Haha, pot is bad for you? Wrong, that's called being led like a sheep by the media. Why is pot banned? Because the U.S. government hasn't found a way to make a profit off of it. You can bet your ass they'll legalize it and soon. There's a reason places like Oakland have sued for the right to legally hold open medical marijuana stores after government tried to stop them. Rather than worrying about things like marijuana, maybe our government can put the focus on repairing the economy, fixing the unemployment rate, and reforming welfare. You know, the things that ACTUALLY matter. If not, it may be time to kick out a majority of liberals.

Ignoring the homoeroticism of this thread, I try to work out a little.
Ignoring a premise of this thread, I play basketball 3-4 times/week and I'll get back into jiu-jitsu, hopefully, in the fall when I start graduate school. Exercise wise, I want to get better at swimming and do occasionally go, but it's a little inconvenient. Speaking of inconvenience, going to a gym at all has become inconvenient since I have to pay to access my school's gym about 2 miles away.
So, rather than going to the gym, I run on a running trail in town, play basketball, and will be trying to start kayaking around the local lake as well as picking up tennis.
Otherwise, I do a lot of home workouts. I actually do sets of 40-50 push-ups between 1-3 times/shift at work. At home, I do more push-ups, calf raises, leg raises, crunches, curls, flyes, shrugs, and a few triceps exercises. I'm mostly top-built, so I've been trying to round out my body a little better. Working out my legs is difficult because working in a kitchen 40 hours/week really wears me out. I hate working out my abs, but I've seen noticeable improvements since the summer began, which is good.
Finally, I try to eat a very high-protein diet. I try to avoid gluten and fructose while maintaining a decently well-rounded diet (I should probably eat more vegetables). I'll have the occasion pizza/burger at work, but most of my meals are very high in protein (various kinds of fish, chicken, pork, and some beef). I've taken supplements before and they definitely helped out, but I'm not consistent enough with my workouts to really use those. During the school year last year when I was doing more cardio, I ate between 3,000-3,500 calories/day. We'll see how much time I have to work out in graduate school.

Exercise wise, I want to get better at swimming and do occasionally go, but it's a little inconvenient. Speaking of inconvenience, going to a gym at all has become inconvenient since I have to pay to access my school's gym about 2 miles away. That sounds like a very diverse, healthy, and sustainable regimen. So, rather than going to the gym, I run on a running trail in town, play basketball, and will be trying to start kayaking around the local lake as well as picking up tennis. Tennis? Tennis! By far the best sport for me and the one I just recently picked up, too. Makes me regret having wasted a dozen years playing basketball where I could never go as hard as I do in tennis. An amazing game to play and also wonderful, exciting cardio.Otherwise, I do a lot of home workouts. Good...good...good. Regarding lower body development, I'd suggest doing pistol squats. Anyone without access to a squat rack and/or a deadlift area can see tremendous gains with pistol squats. The best part is the deeper you go, the more you activate your hamstrings and stronger hamstrings = bigger, faster, stronger legs due to their muscle fiber ratio (heavily fast-twitch).Finally, I try to eat a very high-protein diet. I try to avoid gluten and fructose while maintaining a decently well-rounded diet (I should probably eat more vegetables). I'll have the occasion pizza/burger at work, but most of my meals are very high in protein (various kinds of fish, chicken, pork, and some beef). During the school year last year when I was doing more cardio, I ate between 3,000-3,500 calories/day. We'll see how much time I have to work out in graduate school. Yup, working out is useless without eating a very healthy way. You still see gains, but they come very slowly and taper off after a while. By replacing shit foods with healthier alternatives, you not only take in cleaner sources of protein and other vital nutrients, but you gain energy too. You mind 'fog' disappears, your energy levels are off the charts, and any health issues related to skin go away too. I eat protein with every single meal and in high dosages. The downside? Really, really smelly gas, but whatever. For instance, I obviously eat 5-6 whole eggs each morning (yeah, cholesterol! except, you know, we need cholesterol to produce TESTOSTERONE!) for breakfast, drink a lean protein shake as snack between breakfast and lunch, eat something valuable at lunch (ground beef + brown rice, steak + broccoli, lean burgers, etc.) then have a protein shake a couple hours later. I eat a light 'dinner' consisting of a granola bar + lean protein shake (only almond milk + whey protein) before my (usually) 2nd workout and when I get home, I either eat another half-dozen eggs or eat raisin brans + a scoop of protein powder. By far the best thing I've ever done is clean up my diet. My metabolism isn't the same as it was at age 16 so I need to take better care and the high protein intake has changed my life. I go to sleep around ~1am most nights and have been waking up before my set alarm (4:30am for 5am gym workout) without needing it to buzz. Best part? I have enough energy to last through ~12 hours before needing a 1 hour nap (or sometimes a 3 hour nap lol). Dat der polyphasic sleep bro...not even joking, waking up on ~3.5 hours of sleep without needing an alarm clock lol

I'm in the same boat as Madrid in terms of wanting to avoid the homoeroticism in the thread haha. But I work out frequently, 5-7 days a week. I do a heavy week of which consists of Chest/Triceps, Legs, Shoulders, Back/Biceps where I try and max out. The next week I'll go with lighter weight but try and focus on toning. I usually do at least 30 mins to 60 mins of cardio at the end of my lifts. Days where I don't lift, I just do an hour of cardio and some abs (when I'm not lazy haha). Sometimes I'll go weeks without a day off from the gym, but I'm not concerned about overtraining since I'm not working the same muscle groups more than once a week.

Just curious: do you classify as an endomorph? If so, it's impossible for you to overtrain. Endomorphs bodies need constant motion which is why they NEVER tax their CNS to the point of DOMS.
