No surprise that I am hit with a season ending injury for one of my most important players. In my mind that takes me out of the running for title contenders, may start to look at taking a different direction now to get ready for next year.
undefeated sim is cool i guess but meh.

Bleh 3-3 without LBJ and with Walton basically missing 5 games. Sucks that we couldn't take advantage of a sim playing against zero +.500 teams. It's pretty nice that we can't fall out of the 8th seed even with these injuries, but it does mean that we probably won't be able to catch Bayi or San Miguel, and that we'll essentially just be competing with Belgrade for the 7th spot.
On the plus-side, JO looked pretty damn good with Bill Walton on the IR. He posted 4 double-doubles, a 16/9 game, then a 12/8 (and 7 blocks) game. He's averaging 7/5/2 in 21 minutes and has the third-highest +/- and defensive efficiency on the team. I think he's finally starting to take that next step. Hopefully he's ready to step in once Walton is on his way out.

Sort of stuck in no-man's land with my pick. Was hoping to get into the top 10, not sure that'll be possible. Good to see the Rap's pick is hanging in the 4-5 rang.

Could he be back for later rounds? Well i'm not sure how long the post season is to be honest but the regular season ends in 51 days. Meaning he'd still be out around a month and a half once they start so I don't think so. Maybe sometime in the finals but more than likely he's out for the year.

Could he be back for later rounds? Actually I was wrong on how far the post season is from now. He's out 95 days and the first game of round 1 actually is going to be April 21st so that's a full 2 months and he'll be down to 35 days to start the playoffs. He will still be out for most of the post season but he will be D2D for Game 4 of the Conference Finals. Making it that far would be hard but if I can somehow get to the conference finals and keep the early part of the series competitive then he could play.

6-0 with only good win a dismantling of the Mexico City Titans.
Houston upgrades look to have made him into a great all around player.

3-3. Started the Spurs 4 game losing streak so... go team?
Melo and Brand continue their awesome play. Melo is at about 20/6/3 while Brand is at 18/9/2. Both are shooting well from the field, Melo's 3 is continuously improving this season as he broke .300 this sim.
Cassell has also started to step up and its looking like he could actually become something with the full minutes of a starter next season.

Funny that we trade Dino and have our best sim of the season. Wilkins went off that sim averaging 45PPG, he had two 50+ point games and a 47 point game. Actually not too far off the Pacers now...

In sports, megalomania helps poorly. But persecution mania helps well.

Physical education should be given as much attention as mental.Physical education extends life by five years, but these five years must be spent in the gym.
