Gross 4-3 sim. Two of the losses weren't bad but this should have been a 5-2 sim.
My picks went a combined 4-9 this sim and we didn't move up in the draft. Love the bottom half of the league this year

5-3, not great but beat Warriors and Beermen
4 winning sims to start the season is better than I expected.

We go 3-2 but pick up wins vs. the Titans and Warriors. I don't know how. Still 9th seed in the American with Seattle nipping at our heels.

A bit back to earth. 2-5
Mookie might win the MVP.
27.5ppg 5.9rpg 11.6apg 3.1spg
The turnovers are a bit worrying, but the fact that he's keeping this team above .500 is pretty impressive.

I thought we'd be the worst defensive team in the league, yet somehow we are middle of the road. Considering that we often give up 120 points a game, some of these teams must be awful.

Doc out for 50+ games. Well, that sucks.
New goal. Don't be the worst team in the league.

Maybe Hakeem trips going up the court next time he plays the Knicks and misses enough games to be ineligible for MVP this year

4-2 sim on a somewhat tough schedule. We beat Tehran (twice), Belgrade, and Buenos Aires, but fell to Brazil and San Miguel.
Our loss to Brazil was pretty epic. I think 318 points has to set a Madrid record for a combination of both teams. Peja dropped 44 points and LBJ dished 16 assists, but Rik Smits couldn't check David Robinson.
I really enjoy how well-rounded our team is. Parker/LBJ/Peja are all averaging 18 ppg, then both our bigs are putting up 15/9. Ray's averaging 12 ppg off the bench, and our other bench pieces (JO/Howard/Ceballos/KJ) are all playing well. LeBron's also shooting a ridiculous 57%.
...and yet we sit at 8th in the standings. Pretty sure Eurasia already knows its playoff teams. Now we just have to determine the order.

I like that Eurasia has 8 +.500 teams this year, that should make the post season interesting over there. Also the way you are using Lebron is really interesting. I Thought he'd come in and be the normal SF/PF type star but you've played him at SG, SF, and PG so far and he's performed well at all 3 so that's fun to see.

Gunna tweak my DC a little. Not that it'll do much. Loving Damons 10/2 assist to turnover ratio.

I was honestly planning on starting him at the 4, Len Bias-style, until I signed Walton. LBJ's rebounding/post D aren't exactly where I want them to be for him to see time at the 4, but then again, he's incredibly turnover-prone on the perimeter. We'll see how he develops in the future. For now, Peja's kind of locked in at the 3 and Walton is still pretty good, so I think it makes sense to play LBJ at the 1-3. I wish I could have him listed at 4 positions haha.
