Here is part two, enjoy.
16 Berlin Alba - Drew Gooden
I like this pick, but best case scenario is a valuable back up. The athleticism helps, but he'll never be a great defender. As you'd expect, anybody taken outside the lottery probably belongs there. Gooden is one of those guys, his glaring weakness (defense) outweighs his potential strengths (rebounding/scoring). There are a few guys I think have more potential, but if a team needs help now, Gooden could play limited minutes as soon as next year.
17 Moscow CSKA - Jamaal Magloire
Like him more than Gooden, and could end up sneaky good. I like his potential as a defender compared to Gooden's rebounding. I would have loved to have gotten him at 19, and think he compares pretty favorably to some of the guys who went much earlier like Kaman and even Lee. This may end up being a steal as I could see him being more useful than some of the bigger names guys.
18 Milano Olympia - Leonardo Barbosa
This is an interesting pick, especially based on the current roster. They have three guys now (Dee Brown, Damon Stoudemire, and Barbosa) who are all basically shoot-first PG's. Obviously at 18 a team is really drafting the BPA, but I would have gone with Calderon here instead. He could potentially be a stop-gap solution if Brown is as inefficient as expected. Barbosa has the potential to be someone that could give minutes off the bench at the 1/2, but it'll be interesting to see the effect of low weight/strength and high athleticism. He could end up a high volume/low efficiency shooter.
19 Tehran Mahram Corey Maggette
I have to say that I'm pretty unhappy with this pick. I got a little too excited about Maggette's athleticism, and failed to notice his overall lack of skill. In retrospect, I should have taken Jason Terry, or Calderon, or about 4 other guys. Lets just continue.
20 Milano Olympia Kwame Brown
This a project. He will probably be out of the league after his rookie contract, but its worth a shot. Milano can stash him on the bench for the next few years and see how he plays out. He's obviously raw, but the size and athleticism are enticing. Outside of Terry, who I will rave about later, there isn't much left but projects or players with major flaws; no reason to pass on a guy like Brown here.
21 Madrid Real Jose Calderon
I like this pick a lot. I'm surprised he fell this far. Calderon has nice potential and already solid ratings. I suspect he will be pretty efficient shooting, and if he can limit his TO's, he could end up a starter. I would have taken him over Wagner and Barbosa. At 21, this is a pretty good find.
22 Indiana Pacers Robert Swift
This is a waste of a pick. He will never be good. He's raw, and his potential is questionable at best. The amount of improvement needed for him to be even serviceable as a backup is immense. If you are going to go after projects like this, they should at least be good athletes. Swift is not.
23 BC Zalgiris Wally Szczerbiak
Another solid pick. Obviously Wally will never be an even mediocre defender, but he does have some potent offensive capabilities. His ability to score inside and out, coupled with his size, will make him a hard matchup. I'd like to see him get some minutes on a bad team, I think he'd be capable of 16-20 ppg this year.
Buenos Aires Boca Juniors
24 Mike Dunleavy
25 Jason Terry
I like both of these picks, obviously Terry more so. I think he (Terry) could be a starter in the next few years. As long as he can limit the TO's, he will be a good scorer. I wish I would have taken him at 19. A steal this late in the draft. Dunleavy is more of a roster filler, but he has some potential and his size makes him an interesting prospect.
26 Seattle Sonics James Posey
Posey is all potential. I was surprised to see how bad his ratings actually were. He has the potential to be a defensive nightmare with his ability to defend both on the perimeter and down low, and rebound at the 2/3. That being said, it is all just potential at this point- hard to say how much he'll actually improve at 22.
27 New York Knicks Tony Allen
Similiar to Posey, Allen is almost solely based on potential. That being said, he will at least be a premier perimeter defender in the league. The abundance of talent in the league lowers the value of guys like Allen, but I think he could still end up being an important part of an elite team. He will never be a good offensive player, but with a little luck and potentially some help he could end up pretty solid. Not a bad deal for the 27th pick.
28 San Miguel Beermen Ben Gordon
He's pretty similar to Szczerbiak and Terry. Should and probably will end up a decent scorer, will never be much of a defender. Because of his lack of height and handles, he may be strictly limited to SG.
That will hurt his value, as he will probably never have the skill-set to be a starter. Would be a good platoon player with Tony Allen.
29 London Towers Josh Howard
He obviously cheats, so lets all assume Josh Howard will be a superstar despite his absolute shit ratings and complete lack of potential. But seriously, this is an eh pick. It is the end of the first round, so I guess that's to be expected. Howard has some defensive potential and athleticism, but I expect him to be either out of the league or a 12th man within the next 3 years.
Tel Aviv Maccabi
30 Kendrick Perkins
32 Mike Miller
Like the Perkins pick. He will take some time, but he's young and has the potential to be helpful on defense. Could end up being a solid back up at the 4/5. Miller is essentially another version of the Szczerbiak, Gordon, Dunleavy, Barbosa template. Once again, he has the potential to be a good offensive player, but will always be a defensive liability. I do like the fact that he's 6'9 and can play the 2 though.
31 San Antonio Spurs TJ Ford
Reminds me a bit of Dee Brown. It'll be interesting to see how he pans out. I would have gambled on him over Wagner or Barbosa though. Obviously he's small, so that hurts his color rating, but he's a good athlete and looks to have some nice potential. Good pick for 31.
