He certainly is gone way before his time. I bet he was using drugs as well even though I have no proof of this just thinking of the guys who have passed way to early from that generation.

BTW, there were (at least) two Doinks.
This was the first one (and many consider the best). He was a heel.

RIP, heard a few 'shoots' of his, had some wild stories (not sure how true they were) regarding Hogan. Seemed like a good enough guy.

Ill find the YouTube and post. Apparently he was supposed to wrestle Hogan at a mania but Hogan refused. He also tells a story about macho man punching out Hulk.
