I like it for BcZ .. Not a fan or Nash or Hawkins but I can see why MC does it.

BCZ bigtime. While I think the pieces MC got back fit well, they aren't close to Isiah and barring a big follow up moves seems like the Titans are poised to take a big step back after being one piece away from being a true contender last year imo.
BCZ now made two big moves to surround their best young talent pieces they need, making them a candidate for one of the most improved teams

Mexico City is back in the same position he was before he traded for Isiah, which is having a good collection of good players, and only one star (Payton). Who's going to score more than 20 ppg?
Lithuania, now, has four legitimate starters for the next 8 years who could all be 20 ppg scorers.
