PP Bonus for Articles between now and start of Reg. Season

Doing article bonues for everything written between now and the regular season with the following guidelines:

Low level standard articles NO BONUS

Team Previews +25 PP for things outside of your own team

Division PReviews +50 PP for things outside of your own division

Conference Preview/Power Rankings +50-100 depending on quality (no pp for super basic Polls)

Unique Articles will get big bonuses depending on quality

nice this is a interesting change up from the double PP bonus we normally get. I'll try and get a few done since we have all of next week before Sim 1.

Yeah the unique thing will cover any type of article but I didn't want to just be giving away points for meh stuff
