STRENGTHS:
Selected with the 22nd overall pick, Scott Skiles came into the league with superior court vision and a pass first menality. In his short career, Scott put up good assist numbers and made his teammates better looking to create the best shot. As the starting point guard Skiles put up a career high 9.4 APG in 92-93. He was a great free throw shooter putting up an 89% clip for his career. Very efficient from beyond the arc as well, shooting a career 38% from behind the three point line.
WEAKNESSES:
Aside from assists and shooting, Skiles did not do much well. He was only an average defender and did not provide any times of steals for his team. Even for a point guard, he was a weak rebounder with a career mark of only 2.5 RPG. Overall, he was a low efficiency shooter shooting only .435% for his career.
