I rarely put up these trade comment threads, especially since we seem to have more and more terrible trades as of late. Still, this trade puzzles me more than most...Moses is in decline but still serviceable and is expiring next season (since no one is picking up that option). Detlef is on an INSANELY good contract. Korac is cheap and can ball. For all that, you get...McAdoo? Who has been passed around like he's Hondo this year? I need someone to tell me what I'm missing...

Guessing Athens is buying Frank Johnson as a starting PG? Honestly, I don't like any player in this trade. McAdoo is probably the best player. Detlef plays less than no defense.
Just even for me. Nothing special either way. Just a preference on players I assume.

I can see that I guess...my scout doesn't think Frank Johnson can tie his shoes, let alone carry the starting position, but you are right about Detlef's D. Two fading stars and two sixth men on decent contracts I guess... |
