Name: Horace Grant Position: PF Number: 40 DOB: July 4, 1965 Drafted: First Round (10th Pick) Age when drafted: 21 College: Clemson Hometown: Elkhart, Indiana Height: 6’10” Weight: 215 lbs
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
STRENGTHS: Strong, hard working post player who can defend either PF or C at an extremely high level. Uses quick hands to get steals and blocks (8 seasons with 1+ of each) consistently. Takes excellent care of the ball for a big man career 1.1 TO/G and despite playing aggressive defense stays out of foul trouble (career 2.4 FPG). Offensively really good on the glass (3orpg) and scores on put backs, in pick and rolls and by hitting WIDE open 10-15 foot jumpers. Is efficient on offense career (.509 FG%) WEAKNESSES: No range to speak of on jumper on a consistent basis and an average at best FT shooter for a big (.692). Has only a little bit of a post game, just enough to score 10+ ppg but is not somebody who will look to score. Despite strength has a fairly thin frame.
SIGNIFICANT INFO: 4 NBA Titles, 1 time All Star, 4 Time 2nd Team All-Defensive, 16th All time in offensive rebounds. Nicknamed The General. Brother Harvey Grant was a long time NBA player also. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Name: Horace Grant Position: PF Number: 54DOB: July 4, 1965 Drafted: First Round (10th Pick) Age when drafted: 21 College: Clemson Hometown: Augusta, GeorgiaHeight: 6’10” Weight: 215 lbs STRENGTHS:Defense is Horace Grant's biggest strength, Horace was a great post defender throughtout his career and could defend well at either big man spot and also was a good stealer for a big man. Despite his weight being a bit low for a big he was very strong. He was a solid rebounder averaging 8.1RPG over the course of his career including a career high 11.0RPG in the 1993-94 season, offensive rebounding in particular was a strength. Never had the chance to be a force on the offensive end but in his best scoring output of 15.1 PPG he averaged .528 from the field and .511 over his career so far from a liability on that end of the floor. Stayed out of foul trouble and didn't turnover the ball. WEAKNESSES:Not an elite shot blocker for a big but still averaged 1.0BPG for his career. Free throw shooting wasn't a strength shooting .692 on his career. SIGNIFICANT INFO:4× NBA champion (1991–1993, 2001), NBA All-Star (1994), 4× NBA All-Defensive Second Team (1993–1996) Ins 3 Jps 3 Fts 3 3Ps 0 Hnd 4 Pas 2 ORb 5 DRb 4 PsD 5 PrD 3 Stl 3 Blk 3 Qck 4 Str 5 Jmp 3 Sta 5
