Im a fan of the trade for both. Boston doesn't get amazing value for KC but at the same time he gains a pick and some decent players in return. I think this needs to be thought of as a whole on Bostons end because he moved pretty much everyone other then Elgin Baylor and is moving towards the rebuild with a top pick this season. He's basically doing what JScott planned on doing before the season started and he successfully tanks as well as gains a pick and a player or two so I call it even. Sydney obviously gets better.

It's one of those deals that makes sense for both teams as Moscow just pointed out.
The pick will probably land Boston a solid chance at a starter down the road. Basically what KC is now.
