I will continue to err on the side of the proven player until we KNOW what happens with potential. London wins by a little because of this.

London by a bit because Brazil traded his best player to the team who's pick he holds. Other then that, the talent now for potential youth seems fair.

Not sure on this one really, Zubkov probably looks like the better prospect but London already has Zaslofsky so swapping him for Bobrovsky makes alot of sense, especially when SF is the weakest position in the league.
So good deal for both id say.

I went with London by a little...I'm not sold on Zubkov as a prospect, and Jan will make London better in the here and now. This could even out over time if little Z improves, but Jan at 23 is still young enough that this isn't your usual age for youth deal. A nice deal for London overall.

My scout says Zubkov is Yellow/Blue while Jan is Green/Green.
So it makes sense him trading for a higher talent prospect if his goal is to win later and not as much now.
I like the trade but I wouldn't say I won by a lot.

I didn't realize Jan was 20. This deal is actually better for London, you are trading SF which is a weak position as of now for a guard when you already have a young guard. It's all preference I suppose.

I like the trade but I wouldn't say I won by a lot. Honestly, the way that the game changes colors every sim, I don't pay them as much mind as I do ratings and stats (which is actually what HR put on his forum when explaining the colors and whatnot). Jan has been the much better, not just because of playing time, but also shooting percentages from all areas of the court. Not to mention he plays the position that is much harder to fill...honestly, I don't think this is that close.

The game only changes the colors for the output not the game.
I am pretty sure Zubkov > Jan is terms of potential and Jan > Zubkov in terms of now.

On the contrary, scouts are seemingly re-assessing players nearly every sim, both in and out of the output. My scout has changed the letter grades and colors of players in each sim we have had so far. Zubkov could very well have more potential, but we have no real basis for that just yet.

Seriously? I haven't notice mine change at all.
Maybe I'm not looking close enough.

Seriously? I haven't notice mine change at all. Maybe I'm not looking close enough. Well, you are busy doing a lot with building draft picks and whatnot...when you are trying to find anyone you can possibly trade with, you notice every little time your players ratings change.

Yeah, all I do is bust my ass. GET OFF MY BACK!!!!!
I think I have almost 20 rookies made, so that's a good portion of the 1st Round. Excited to get that outputted so people can start doing mocks, scouting reports, etc.
It'll be nice for the teams fighting for the top picks what the prizes look like. At least they can consider making a trade.
