Kind of curious if someone could suggest my depth chart and gameplan. My team is horribly underperforming and I'd like to hear some input.

Did you update to the newest version (3.0.13)?
There was something funky with your DC the last round (can't do anything about that other than fix it for next time) but make sure you have updated it if you are submitting electronically.

That's possible, but I don't think that is an excuse my team has been sucking all year.

That's possible, but I don't think that is an excuse my team has been sucking all year. Fair enough. Well, you certainly score more than I do so that shouldn't be a problem. Make sure Kurland is involved - he isn't scoring what he should in my opinion. I'd think your issue is defense. That and your rebounding kinda sucks.

Scoring definately isn't my problem. My defence has been shit, basically every category besides points I rank really low in. I've tried playing around with it a bit, but I haven't gotten any results. I would just trade guys, to solve the problem, but the trade market is weak and can't really make any moves. So, I am stuck with this team atm. I got to figure out how to adjust my gameplan more, to improve my defence.

See - I don't think the trade market is weak. Just need to find the right partners going the opposite direction you are.
I'm sure there is someone making a move that could benefit you in some way (long term or now).

First of all I'd try to just run the game recommended settings because they are not too off most likely.
I would not have more than one of McDermott and Garmaker on my team. Trade one for a defensive big.
Once you get one of them off your team, you could try to press as you have some decent guards who can get steals (more-so if you can get a SG who can do this as McDermott and Garmaker are both D+ there...which is very bad for a SG, and neither defend 1on1 well.)
A decent amount of your players do have solid perimeter and post defensive ratings, so a man defense could work. However, you do have some weaker defenders. Your overall athleticism (strength and jumping) isn't great, so I wouldn't run the trap defense.
To conclude, I would run a zone defense with some man mixed in. Zone is good to not tire your players, it usually won't give you lock down defense, but could make you average, which should be fine with your good offense. If that doesn't work, I might try help defense if you do make that SG switch (players with good blocks and steals ratings should be good here). I wouldn't run a trap ever with your current personell
