Name: Kevin McHale Position: PF Height: 6'10" Weight: 220 lbs DOB: 12/19/1998 www.abcalegends.com/players/player64.htmPros: Kevin McHale comes into the draft as the top post prospect available. Already capable of scoring with the ball in the post, it is McHale's long-term potential that has leagues' GMs wondering how they can move up to draft the star PF. McHale projects to be an elite scorer, rebounder and defender, all while being capable of playing either post position with ease. Throw in the fact that he is around an above average free throw shooter (a big plus for a big man who is sure to get to the line a lot), and McHale's star is clearly on the rise. Cons: While McHale has a lot of positives, there are a couple of negatives as well. For those looking to win right away, McHale's defense and rebounding aren't there yet and will likely take a couple seasons before he's ready to really take over his position. Also, there are concerns that he will never be a true shot blocking threat even in his prime. Overall: In any normal draft, Kevin McHale would be a hot prospect. In a draft where the next best offensive threat might be Mychal Thompson, McHale's stock is going to be sky high for rebuilding teams looking for a post threat. I wouldn't be surprised to see McHale go as high as #2 based on the weakness of post prospects in the draft, but going anywhere below #4 would be unthinkable. Projection: #2-#4

Kevin McHalePF | 6'10 | 220 lbs | 21 Years Oldabcalegends.com/players/player64.htmPros: Scouts are very excited about Kevin McHale and the potential he has in the ABCA. The 21 year old already comes in as a polished inside threat but has the potential to be a top scorer inside. With a variety of post moves, mixed in with his athleticism, he will be a threat to any defender. To go alongside his post game, McHale also has an effective jumpshot, which has showed signs of improving even further. Rebounding is another area where many scouts believe that he will excel at the next level; he has shown the potential to become a top rebounder with some development. Cons: There aren't many weaknesses in McHale's game but whoever drafts him will have to be patient with him as certain aspects of his game, like his post defense, rebounding and shot blocking are quite raw at the moment and will have to be developed for him to reach his potential. He also doesn't project to be much of a passer; he prefers to get his own shot up than make the extra pass. Overall: Kevin McHale is easily the top bigman prospect in the draft and I expect to see him go in the top 3. He projects to be a great scorer and rebounder, once he rounds out his game, and has the versatility to play either the center or power forward position. Projection: Top 3
