This is what I would like to see. That means do it this way or I will make you go back and do it again
I'd like the subject/title to read as the following "Player Name (Pos)" - that's all. So, for example..
Jerry West (SG)
That's it. Simple, no?
After that, I don't really care how you choose to scout your player as long as it contributes to the discussion of how good they are.
This is what I might consider using but if you see something good someone else is doing then maybe you should adopt it.
(Everything after this is fake, but useful for example, the ratings probably aren't accurate because I am making them up)
Jerry West
SG
6'3" 195lbs
DOB: 11/23/1992
(IF YOU CAN FIND A GOOD, EASY WAY TO SHOW THE ATTRIBUTES ALIGNED PROPERLY I'D LOVE TO SEE IT - OTHERWISE MAYBE THE RATINGS DON'T MATTER)
PROS: Jerry is a complete player. He shoots the ball well, handles the ball as well as many in the league with potential to become a very good ball-handler, and plays defense. Again, he just does it all. He could be the guy who drops 20+ while handing out 6-7 assists in a night. Plus, the best part of all is that he hates the Celtics. Refuses to play for them. That's something I can believe in!
CONS: Played for the Lakers in real life. Jerry is a 6'3" Shooting Guard coming into this league. You'll need to decide early where you want him to play. He might be a little undersized at the 2 or he could be a big 1. Thing you need to ask yourself is if Jerry will become a good enough distributor to lead your offense. Otherwise you might wanna get him in the gym early and work on his passing.
OVERALL: Jerry is a stud. One of the best players I could imagine entering the game. He is a franchise changing player, no doubt. You'll just need to find the right way to play with him and the right guys who compliment his skill set. End of the day, you don't pass on Jerry West.
PROJECTION: Franchise Player
PICK: 1-2
You shouldn't BOLD it though, I just did that to separate it from the rest of the text.
You post a something like that (maybe a little longer, more in-depth since I'm largely shooting-from-the-hip) and it's worth 30PP.
You do something excellent I give Corey the right to award more (or less, if it sucks) PP for any report.
