Aren't a bunch of you from MN? Shouldn't you care about this NHL thing I've heard so little about?

We are the "State of Hockey" but I've never been a hockey guy.
A lot of us went to the same school and they're real good in hockey (especially this year) but I couldn't care less.
The Wild are playing better - I know that much. We got the two biggest FAs and in that way we are like the Heat and we have a crazy farm system coming up - Brodine, Croyle, and of course Granlund!

From MN originally, but have never really cared about the sport. North Stars left just as I was almost of age to care about sports and so I never grasped the hockey craze.

It should be an interesting season, since it has been shortened by the lockout. Meaning it seems like teams that shouldn't have gotten into the playoffs will be in. On top of that I can't wait to see what my Canucks do before the deadline they have serious injury issues. I mean looking at what the Penguins have added have been impressive, I mean trading for Iginla and Morrow. On top of that they might not be done. I don't know if anyone can match them, 15 straight wins is ridiculous. Who knows though, it has been a weird season just look at Montreal this year, WTF?

It's not NHL but St. Cloud State Huskies are in the Frozen Four so that's pretty awesome. Farthest they've ever made it.

Down south.. we played street hockey with tennis shoes. LOL. Real talk though, used to have this Baton Rouge Kingfish team... was fun to watch. Wish every sport let people fight it out.
