So what is people experience with this?
I am about to get to the level where I could do my first PP spend, like a couple 500's or a 850.
How much does a +3 really gain a guy? Is it worth investing to attempt to gain a full letter, or is more of a D to D+ type kind of thing? What is the cap of doing this per player, per attribute?
I bet this info is somewhere but I felt like a chat.

It helps. I'd say +5 is likely how you move a slight letter.

I don't know if i'd ever do a single 500 TC by itself because +3 really isn't going to change much. But putting a couple those together, a difference definitely shows. Maybe doing a single +3 (or even an 850 where you get two +3s) could help in some instances but it isn't the strategy I'd use. But if you've got 1000 PP, doing two 500s and getting +6, could definitely help.
Basically don't feel the need to rush into it with a single TC, save your PP up a bit so you can do a couple at once.

I sent KAJ to two FT camps and it bumped him up a letter grade in FT shooting.
Then I traded him.
