Pros: King is one of the top athletes in this draft class. He is a versatile forward who, with work on his 3PS, could see some minutes at the 2 if a team is trying to go big. He has potential to average a career double-double with his excellence in rebounding. What makes him even more valuable is the fact that he is only 20 years old with tons of potential. King projects to be an excellent all around player for his entire career from scoring to rebounding to defending. Cons: The biggest issue for King is his 3PS... or lack there of. Even his potential to improve there is lackluster. The only other weakness seen is his passing game. So without any help on those holes in his game, they will likely remain holes. Scouts are concerned about his inability to pass out of the double team so it will be up to his coaches and trainers to help him grow into an absolute #1 option. Overall: Bernard King is going to be one of the best forwards in the game in a few years, maybe even to the scoring level of Elgin Baylor. His defense is as highly touted as his scoring prowess. But above all, teams are going to need to find an answer athletically for him because good luck otherwise. Projection: #2-3

Bernard KingSF | 6'7 | 211 lbs | 20 years oldPros: Bernard King knows how to score the ball inside, already one of the best inside scorers entering the draft at just 20 years old, he projects to be a great scorer within a couple of years. Some scouts are saying that haven't seen anyone like him, of his size. King is also a great athlete, his speed, strength, agility and stamina alongside his scoring ability is what has scouts excited. He also projects to be a very good defender, especially in the post, also to go alongside that he is a suprisingly good shotblocker for someone of his size. Cons: The main knock on Bernard King's game is his lack of range, although a good free throw shooter his range doesnt extend out to the three point line. Scouts dont believe he will be able to develop his range once he has entered the league but that remains to be seen. King also isnt a very good passer which could cause him problems in the ABCA if teams decide to double team him. Overall: King projects to be a unique player, an impressive athlete, a dominant inside scorer aswell as a very good defender. The lack of a 3point shot will worry some but King should still become one of the best scorers in the league. Projection: Top 5
