The Oscar nominations were announced today.
A lot of worthy films and only so many nominations.
I only need to see Wolf of Wallstreet, Dallas Buyers Club, and Philomena to finish out the best films.
I'm pulling for June Squibb for Best Supporting Actress.

I loved Dallas Buyers Club.
I really liked Wolf of Wall Street as well.
It will be interesting to see who wins. When is it held again?

Local multiplex will be showing the Oscar nominated shorts for a week.
Definitely gonna check those out. Shorts are rad!

Plus if you are so inclined, both AMC and Cinemark chains are going to be showing all 9 best picture nominees for one price starting next weekend. Best Picture Showcase is a good way to catch everything at once if you are way behind on catching the big movies before the awards show...

I only have Philomenia, Dallas Buyers Club, and Wolf of Wallstreet left
Not sure any one is a serious contender except Dallas Buyers Club for Best (Supporting) Actor for Matthew and Jared.
