I think Pats/Niners... especially with no Percy God I hope not, then I'd have to hope for a stadium collapse...preferably during halftime so it takes Bruno Mars with them...

Broncos/Niners sounds good to me. I can't stand Tom Brady so got to root for Payton.

Manning vs Seahawks and their Cover 3 should be interesting.

Sounds like good weather. Should be a really good matchup. Here's hoping Peyton brings home #2 and can come back next season with a roster not riddled with injuries on the defensive side of the ball.

I was looking at the HoF class announced today and for some reason was surprised that Aeneas Williams got in...I guess I slept on how good he was because of the teams he was on, but he had more career interceptions than Deion or Darrell Green...impressive.

Aenas Williams was a true beast....
Oh and let the mixture of hangover and Gluttony begin...............
Monday I expect to throw in a trash can a work and then have to curl up under my desk, otherwise the SB has been a failure!

Really was a game that I didn't want to watch at half Seattle made Denver look like they were mediocre.

Peyton's arm strength has been gone all season. He can't throw the deep ball. They run pick play after pick play and his WR's had YAC like crazy.

The Super Bowl is over, pitchers and catchers report for spring training for at least two teams this week...time to lock this thread and start up the MLB one I'd say...

Gross game indeed. First pick was on Manning, but you can't blame him for being hit while throwing and have his receiver give up on the play down 15-0 and driving. Watched every Bronco game this season, and while his arm is not 2005 Manning, it's still very good. This is an overall team loss, they all played like shit. Holliday should be cut today. Special teams were such a strength last season and they were shit this year. Time after time he takes it out from 6-8 yards deep, you can't lose the field possession game against a team like Seattle the way they did. The defense should be embarrassed, and I understand injuries wrecked our D this year (which was very good last season) but you still need to man up and play. Seattle just flat wanted it. Doesn't help any that after Wolfe went down for the season that our D-Line was only useful against the run and can't pressure the QB at all. This will be hard for Bronco fans to get over, I'll still hope for a good offseason and hopefully healthy returns of Von Miller, Derek Wolfe, Chris Harris, Ryan Clady (that one hurt alot), and Kevin Vickerson. I don't think having these guys would have made much of a difference yesterday, the whole team shat the bed yesterday and will take a long time to get over if they can recover from this

yeah they were beat up so congrats on making the super bowl, but damn that might've been the worst game of the entire season

Oh by far. The only other time I saw them play that bad was the first half against Indy, but even that wasn't this bad. They were completely shook after the botched snap to start the game and never fully recovered from it.

That was possibly the most difficult super bowl ive ever had to watch and im not a fan of either team. But I will say that Demarius (sp?) Thomas truly looked like a mediocre receiver after all this sports center talk of him being one of the best. It was just awful how he had 4 or 5 chances to get the first down to keep a drive alive and he would choose some stupid cutback and actually lose yards instead.
Overall, awful game.

Demarius is still very RAW. He doesn't have great acceleration but his size is great. He needs somebody else to stretch the field a little more. Decker is nice but drops alot of passes (as does D.Thomas). The only way Denver was gonna have a shot was with dink and dunk plays down the field but the O-Line played the worst game they've played in the playoffs. Regardless, Grats I guess to the Seahawks while I still hate Carroll and most of the players on their squad. Just have to hope for a healthier season next year, and maybe a firing of Jack Del Rio. Defense cost us this game huge.
