Name: Mel Counts Position: C Height: 7'0" Weight: 238 lbs Age: 21 www.abcalegends.com/players/player704.htmPros: Counts greatest strength has to be his offensive skill. With a draft with limited offence in big men, Counts has it in spades. He can post up with anybody and find a way to get a basket. Counts has a giant frame at 7 feet, which is bigger then most centres in the league. Cons: Mel has horrible hands and commits stupid turnovers, he looks lost when holding the ball at times. Counts rebounding game has no potential and looks like he has no desire to clean the glass. His post defence is very weak and he allows opposing centres to get easy buckets. Also, he has very poor conditioning, he is unable to play big minutes since he gets easily winded. For a big centre, he doesn't possess much strength and gets easily muscled off the ball. Overall: Counts is one-dimensional, he can only play offence. That could make him very interesting for some teams, but majority want nothing to do with him. This isn't a very risky pick, since he doesn't have much potential and your getting what you see. For a rookie he has very elite offensive game and could be a great pick-up late in the draft. Pick Projection: 20-35
