Each GM gets to pick three skills that they deem important to their team.
How exactly does it fit into the game? I'm not 100% sure but I bet if you want to play Nellie (or Nelly) ball you can do so. Perhaps you believe that defense win championships like the late-90's Pistons? You can do that too.
Most of us will probably play somewhere in between but this will certainly set the game a part from FBB. Some players may have much more value to certain teams so trying to figure that out might help your draft strategy too.

Yeah. Where's drive defense on that list? Replaced with post defense?
Here is your answer:
"It is location specific so closer to the basket it is going to be post defense and outside it will be perimeter defense with quickness factoring in pretty heavily too."
So I think he is also referring to how it will be assessed on a player-by-player basis too.
John, curious to know how you plan on handling injuries in the sim. In my brief time messing around with it injuries were everywhere and it makes you have to back out and edit the roster to even continue. That sounds like a TON of work on your end. Is there an easier method that I haven't found yet? Also, how will player ratings show up when uploaded to a server? Does it upload with a letter grade or just numbers?

2019 No Longer Mediocre
2019 Boston Celtics: League Champions
I dunno about the demo but HR turned down the injuries.
Though after watching the NBA this year maybe the injuries weren't too high after all.
I'm glad to here, cause I have had the same experience with the demo...I literally am having to reset my depth chart every 6 days or so because of injuries, and that is just for one team. I can't imagine the debacle of any entire league's worth of injuries slowing down each sim at the rate the demo was set at...
2017 ABCA World Champion, hence not mediocre like most of you bums
2023 GM of the Year, hence double not mediocre like most of you bums

Otherwise I'll check if there is a slider.
If I can turn them down I probably will.
