4-2 preseason not too bad. We led the league in assists over preseason which is nice to see and our point differential looks good. Need a bit more scoring from my bigmen but I really like that Ozturk brings off the bench.

How many days will SIM #1 be? What do we do if an injured player comes back during the sim?

It'll likely be 2 weeks or so.
Your guy won't come back.
The best bet would be to bring him off the bench if he is coming back during a sim because if he's in the starting line-up the game won't sim beyond your game.

Yeah, but that leads to two questions. 1. What do you do if a player is injuried for 2 days in a 14 game sim? (and it will happen) it doesn't make sense to keep a key player on the bench so long. 2. I have long wondered what you'll do when injuries happen mid sim as I don't know how to allow it to process without adjusting the starting lineup. Are you going to manually adjust all of our rosters as the injuries occur? That's going to be a pain for you, and we are out of control of our teams.

They'll still get - you can set your DC to have them as the 6th man playing 40 MPG. I don't care.

Yeah, best thing to do is just swap injured player to bench and play them for same minutes (should still get it). Just won't be able to control who gets those minutes when said player is out.

4-2. It'll be interesting to see how teams use the preseason in the future since these injuries do count. For me, only John Schommer went down. That's fine, because it gives me a chance to test out Adrian Smith.
Only 12,000 people saw us win in Detroit by 13. Highlights include Borgmann's 26 points, Yardley's 20 points on 7 FGA, and Embry's 17 rebounds. 17,000 came to see us in Madrid where we beat Toronto by 10. Fats shot 2-11, but came away with 9 assists and 6 steals. Embry and Karabelen both totalled efficient double-doubles, and Yardley/Borgmann again led the way in scoring. Lost to the Islanders by 8 thanks to a combined 9/38 shooting from Borgmann/Fats. Lost at Chicago by 2 because we couldn't contain Neil Johnston. Beat Detroit by 19 in Madrid thanks to high scoring from Borgmann and Yardley. Beat Tehran by 10 at home in a statement game of "Why are they ranked ahead of us?" Embry led the way with 19/12 despite Yardley totaling 5 fouls in 14 minutes.
We're 9th in points, 7th in points allowed, and 1st in rebounds by a wide margin. After that, it's not so encouraging. But, this was a good preseason and I'm hopeful we'll be able to stick around the top 5-10 all season long.
