So.. new Dolphins logo? I kinda dig it. Not enough to become a Dolphins fan or anything but I'd say its an improvement.

Saints fan here... so many possibilities now that the commish is done raping us. Actually like the Rob Ryan hire and if we can sign one or two more defensive players and restructure a deal or two more, could be a good year.

GO BRONCOS!!! Kind of bummed we lost Elvis, but if we sign Freeney or Abraham I'm ok with it. Von Miller and Wolfe do most of the work getting the QB uncomfortable. Rodgers-Cromartie is welcomed on the defense, and who can argue with upgrading Stokley with Wes Welker. Super Bowl or bust this season.

Matt Flynn is going to Oakland and Palmer might be going to AZ. I'm really enjoying all the movement this offseason. I honestly think Seattle is going to be a powerhouse next season, with the addition of Harvin I think they will go deep in the playoffs. Brazil- Don't blame it on the commish, that team got off easy. Your QB, although an excellent player, is a complete piece of shit. I honestly think I like the entire Jets team more then Brees and I hate the Jets. There was no bounty, its all based off 'lies and rhetoric' what a joke. Your coach was caught on tape talking about it and its 'lies and rhetoric' gtfo of here you turd. Grrrr haha I HATE Brees. Not to mention this all went down the year you guys murder Favre and win the Super Bowl. I hope he's happy with that one that piece of shit. Lol Anyways, best teams in football next season are the 9ers, Broncos, Seahawks, and Atlanta.

Work on a little thing called patience. You should be used to it waiting for the Vikings to win a championship

While I don't like "bounty" stuff, this commissioner has routinely made examples out of people. Punishments have been beyond varied and inconsistent. Vick dog fighting got longer than Dante Stallworth killing someone, enough said. As far as Brees, he is vastly overpaid (never re-sign a guy to that much because you lose Jersey sales, etc. to make up for it)... but you are obviously a very bitter person about something. Who are you a fan of?

I'm just bitter towards Brees lol. You could absolutely be right about the Commish and not giving out consistent punishments but the fact of the matter is the Bounty happened and it was very real. Drew Brees pretends like nothing happened and that everyone else is lying about it and it shows who he is as a person. I will no doubt give him props as a QB, he's done quite a few things that have never been done before, but when you fail to appreciate your fellow man (especially in a sport as violent as the NFL) and pretend these things didn't happen (whether he was involved or not) really, really irks me.
I'm a fan of the Vikings and will always be a homer, so of course there is a bias there. When every season seems so promising and ever year you have a let down with the Vikes, those good years are the ones you wait for. We finally got our hands on Favre, we had everything going our way, and we lose to a team who's surrounded by controversy. I honestly believe our team was better then the Saints that year. Unfortunately I will forever dislike the Saints simply because of the scandal and the quarterback who convinced himself nothing happened.
On top of all that I love me a good conspiracy theory and think there could be a chance for foul play when a city and a nation is hit with something as devastating as Hurricane Katrina and it just so happens that their team overcomes the odds and wins the Super Bowl (Much like the Patriots and 9/11). That entire season they were completely blown up in the media for overcoming the odds, overcoming Katrina, coming together to win and making the phrase 'who dat'. Why don't they still say that? isn't that their persona? It may sound crazy but when you are as big as the NFL and as watched as the NFL, I don't think you can rule it out completely. It's a somewhat simple way to bring people together when tragedy hits. It's something BIGGER then the NFL (and that doesn't happen often), and when its bigger then the NFL, I wouldn't be surprised if they were being favored even in the smallest way. Now again don't get me wrong because both of those teams were good teams and frankly they won the Super Bowl so this could very well be a stretch but I don't look past it personally. Long story short there is a lot of controversy surrounding NO and their championship season and I will forever hold a grudge against them. That was Minnesota's year, that was Favres year (the best of his career statistically), and it just slipped through our fingers with a lot of controversy. Now we have to wait this out and hope to god we get another shot before Adrian Peterson either leaves, gets injured, or retires.

1) Who Dat has been with Saints before they were good and still is chanted non stop in the area (local teams use it for High School Cheers, lol). It is engraved in the culture here.
2) I agree with NFL being rigged (Patriots get good after 9/11 then Spygate knocks them back?)
3) Don't act as if every team in the NFL hasn't had players/coaches offering bounties before. Just used Saints as an example.
4) Huge Favre fan here but that INT is typical gunslinger Favre, lol.
5) Brees = Meh ... not a fan of him and his arrogance. Short Man Syndrome. I call him out on Twitter every couple months. Lol

As far as the Bounty year goes, I don't believe for a second that the Vikes could have taken Indianapolis in the SB anyways.
I am also in the camp of questioning the legitimacy of NFL results. New Orleans, New England, the REAL questionable officiating in the Jerome Bettis SB walkoff. Same with Ray Lewis this season. The Ravens got ALOT of breaks, as well as a "Tuck Rule" that should have been called against Denver that was not even with the commentators being 100% sold it was a tuck. Sorry still hella bitter over the way Denvers season ended...

Agreed, I didn't even think about Spygate knocking them back and seemingly the Bounty Scandal to set back Saints (Makes sense). 3. I'm sure you are absolutely right. Just gives me a reason to think the Vikes could have had it. 4. There's 4 quarters to that game and I don't blame it all on Favre. Im pretty sure we had a 12 man on the field called at the worse time ever too. 5. Nice. AS for the Colts.. fuck em.

I've been a Niners fan for a long time. I believe they only improved themselves not sure I would have dealt Alex Smith though considering not sure who is there back up QB now. But they have brought in a few pieces to add to their already good team and that should be a good thing to see how it all plays out.
Now honestly I think that the Broncos are the most improved team in the league this off season they were willing to spend the money and it shows they want to win it all this season as who knows how many years Manning has left.

The 49ers dealt for Colt McCoy after trading Alex Smith - they'll be fine with Kaepernick and McCoy.

I always knew I liked this guy Got high hopes for my Broncos this year, but I don't think I can handle another disappointment like last year. That hurt bad, took a long time to get over. I'm not as sad about losing Elvis. He was great, but any GOOD LB next to Von Miller is gonna be real good. Welker will give us the best receiving core in football, now I just hope we can get a quality backup RB for when McGahee goes down. If he can stay healthy we got this but there is a 100% chance he'll get hurt so there's that.

What happened to Knowshon?

What happened to Knowshon? Hopefully he retired? So far the depth chart looks like McGahee/Pillman. Moreno played ok second half of the season but he doesn't hit the hole anywhere near as quick and hard as McGahee, and he lacks the speed on the outside that Pillman has. If they could have stole Stephen Jackson they'd be over the top favorites.

I've always thought of him as Noshow haha but he had a solid 2nd half of the season and seemed decent enough. As for Hillman, he has his good runs but I'm pretty sure hes piss poor at pass protection.

Oh he was really bad at pass protection, that is one of the big reasons that the Broncos stopped moving the ball as well in the second half of the playoff game with Baltimore. Hopefully with a full offseason with Peyton and Co. he will be much improved. I still think there are bodies out there though in free agency that can be plugged in there to help out if necessary.
