For the bulls, I feel like we nailed it.
We got two of the best players in the draft left in my opinion in Bones McKinney and Al Cervi, who are both two great defenders to boot.
How did it go for you guys?

Got the guy I wanted (Vladimir Pistelak). Funny thing is, I talked with London earlier today and told him I was willing to give someone a 1st rounder next year for the right to move up to early 2nd and pick him up.

I got my 3rd rated guy 25th in the round (Bill Sharman). Loving the Schayes-Sharman 1-2 punch right now. 10.

Fantastic! Got Bill Spivey to help me keep Wilt in check for the next few years until he signs with LA like he belongs

As of right now I have Antonio Diaz Miguel, Bob Kurland, Wallace Jones, Dick Garmaker. That isn't that bad. I am really thrown off a bit, defence is a lot more of commodity then I expected, in the old ABCA's it wasn't very hard to get an A- defender for all of your players, in this league it seems rare.

I liked Jenkins a lot more than when I saw his ratings on my roster. He looks entirely mediocre and unable to improve now, as opposed to how he looked on the file. This changing of ratings is making drafting incredibly difficult.

Yup, it will be interesting how much of an impact truly great defenders will make. However, there was a guy (I'll look him up after this post) that I compared to Tony Allen who was RIDICULOUS defensively. As in, possibly best wing defender in the league. EDIT: The Tony Allen clone is Cliff Barker

This changing of ratings is making drafting incredibly difficult. That's awesome! This way, there will actually be busts in the league rather than everyone choosing the BPA at every pick. I'm happy with that. Plus, my guy was better with his ratings prior to being on my team. On the other hand, are you sure it's not because your scout sucks ass? That plays a big role in how your players are evaluated.

Got a 20 year old center that can defend rebound and block. Tani Cohen-Mintz was a solid pick up. Still pissed Washington got Alexander Nikolic the pick right before me.

Pretty happy with who I got. Was surprised when I saw Slats Zaslofsky didn't get picked up in Round 1. Was a major reason why I traded into that pick. I thought about taking Spivey for a bit last night, but ultimately got sold on Zaslofsky, and Sanders combination.

Got my go-to scorer in Hal Greer. Might've burned a 4th to get him as it seemed he wasn't on many people's radar.

Really happy to get Ramsey at 16, as he was #4 on my list. The combination of Bianci and Ramsey should give me one of the premier backcourt combos in the league out of the gate.

5.
Kinda pissed.
But Monk and Viktor should help a lot. My team is super young - 20.66 years old.

How did it go for you guys? Both solid picks, nice job. As for me, came close to acquiring another 2nd but unfortunately nothing materialised. Ended up with Share who looks like a solid defensive center but whole draft for me smacks of could of done better but will have a better idea when I see how these guys play together.

I'm happy to pick up Alexander Nikolic that late in the round. I think I had him around #6 on my 2nd round list, so having him fall to #17 is cool. Right now I'm a bit concerned about his defense, but as others have mentioned, good defense seems like it is harder to come by in this version of FBB. I was also concerned about his ball handling and passing skills before, but now they show up even lower on my page. Because of that combined with his lack of defense, I'll give myself an 8.
I'm surprised ADM fell to #10. I had him ranked 1st on my 2nd round list. Nice pick up, Tehran.

I give myself a 5....I like Connie Simmons due to his scoring and potential but I traded up for Slats and he was picked first. It kind of threw me for a loop and I wasn't sure if I wanted Satch, Sunderalge, ADM and/or Simmons. In hindsight, I should have went with Satch/Sunderlage but I'm ok with Connie.
